What was the highlight of Claridge Madrid
Good place to stay
The location of the hotel is perfect, near to metro, and also to the main station atocha. We had to leave early in the morning, and the staff was helpful to book us a taxi. The room itself is good and quite spacey. The bathroom was also really good.
Only thing a bit annoying is that the bed is making noise, if you sit on the edge of the bed.

Above and beyond our expectations
We were very happy with everything overall, but it was your staff that stood out. They were very helpful, very attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need. They explained things well and always had good suggestions for transportation, things to do and when we suggested things they helped us with that including learning for their next guests. They checked in after our trips and remembered where we had gone and what we did. Really, we can't say enough about your amazing staff. We will stay again and recommend your hotel to others.

What was the highlight of Claridge Madrid
Great hotel, not far from Atocha station and walking distance from the Retiro park.
We were on the 13th floor so very good view from the window. The room insulation was excellent, althogh the hotel is on a busy road we couldn't hear any noise from the traffic. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to catch the bus from across the road to go to the centre and visit the Prado and other major sights of the city.
